Rachel Muncrief’s current work focuses on the development of policies and strategies to reduce emissions and fuel consumption from heavy-duty vehicles worldwide. She also oversees our compliance and enforcement program. Rachel previously worked at The University of Houston where she conducted research focused in the area of NOx and PM emissions reduction for diesel applications as well as full scale heavy-duty vehicle and engine testing of vehicle technologies and fuels. Rachel holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a focus in catalysis and reactor engineering from Tulane University, an MBA from The University of Houston, and a BS in Chemistry from The University of Miami (go 'canes!).
