Oscar Delgado is a Researcher with expertise in thermal sciences, vehicle emissions, and computational modeling and simulation. His research focuses on assessing the potential energy savings and emissions reductions from heavy-duty vehicle technologies. Previously, he was a Research Assistant at the Center for Alternative Fuels, Engines, and Emissions (CAFEE), a Visiting Scholar at West Virginia University, and an Instructor at the Mechanical Engineering Department at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). He received a B.S. and M.Sc. from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
