This request for proposals seeks an experienced consulting group or individual with demonstrated expertise in electric vehicle smart charging infrastructure to collaborate with, and conduct original research for, the International Zero-Emission Vehicle Alliance. The proposed project would include engagement with the ZEV Alliance and a new high-quality technical report with cutting-edge qualitative and quantitative research. Beyond synthesizing innovative practices around the world, a unique value-add of this project is to analyze and offer recommendations to policymakers to capitalize on opportunities to implement open and smart charging infrastructure. The maximum bid for the proposed work is $50,000 (total, including all taxes and fees). Bids exceeding this amount will be not be eligible.
This project, based on an established schedule of the ZEV Alliance governments, will be done from March through October of 2019.
Proposals must be received by March 1, 2019 (11:59pm Pacific US time). Late proposals will not be considered.
