Accelerating the transition to zero-emission vehicles in shared and autonomous fleets



This request for proposals seeks an experienced consulting group or individual with demonstrated expertise in electric vehicles and shared fleets to collaborate with, and conduct original research for, the International Zero-Emission Vehicle Alliance. The proposed project would include engagement with the ZEV Alliance and a new high-quality technical report with cutting-edge qualitative and quantitative research. Beyond synthesizing innovative practices around the world, a unique value-add of this project is to analyze and offer recommendations to policymakers to capitalize on opportunities to accelerate ZEV introduction in shared vehicle fleets. The maximum bid for the proposed work is $50,000. Bids exceeding this amount will be not be eligible.


This project, based on an established schedule of the ZEV Alliance governments, will be done from March through December of 2018.

Proposal deadline

Proposals must be received by February 19, 2018 (midnight Pacific US time). Late proposals will not be considered.
